Requirements:
- Education: Secondary Education/High School Diploma is sufficient. A degree in Hotel Management is required for senior and management posts.
- Experience: No prior experience necessary for Food Services Team Members, but senior roles require at least 1-3 years of experience.
- Skills:
- Strong communication skills and excellent food serving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Basic knowledge of food and beverage operations, including menu items, ingredients, and preparation methods.
- Attention to detail and a high level of cleanliness and personal hygiene.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Job Duties:
- Prepare and serve quality coffee and cake.
- Greet customers, present the menu, and take orders.
- Collect payments and process orders accurately.
- Modify the menu based on customer preferences.
- Clean and sanitize work areas, equipment, and tools.
- Keep records of ingredients and order supplies.
- Inform customers about special or new menu items.
- Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff for order preparation and timely service.
- Adhere to food safety and hygiene regulations.
- Continuously improve personal knowledge and skills through training.
